Thermamax took part as an exhibitor for the first time at the recent bauma exhibition held between the 15th and 21st April  2013. The show, which takes place every three years in Munich, again reported record numbers, confirming it’s position as the most important trade fair worldwide for Construction and Mining machinery, equipment and vehicles.

„As an important partner to the major engine and equipment manufacturers in the Mining and Construction industries it was essential for us to be represented in Munich with our own stand“, explained Stefan Cronauer, Sales and Marketing Director at Thermamax. „And our being there certainly paid off !“ added Richard Burgess, Business Unit Manager at  the Mannheim-based technology leader. „We were able to present not just our impressive insulation technologies, but also to generate many worthwhile contacts. It also meant we were able to network with existing customers with stands at the show and take advantage of the seven days for impromptu meetings. We had some excellent and informative discussions.“
Reliability and Fire Protection in Construction and Mining equipment were key themes on the Thermamax stand, and they proved to be important also for operators in these market sectors visiting the stand. Steffen Cronauer again: „Our expectations were met in full. We were able to arrange many meetings in advance with both new and existing customers. We were also able to establish  a lot of new contacts and have taken two firm enquiries for insulation cladding on engines in mining applications. Good reasons for being there at the next Bauma !“
Thermamax would like to thank all their customers and contacts who visited the stand during the exhibition.
