Mayor of Aurora celebrates with Thermamax

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Thermamax, Inc., Richard Irvin, the Mayor of the City of Aurora, visited the facility in Aurora, Illinois.

The program for the day consisted of a company presentation that was followed by a tour of the shop. The mayor was given an introduction into the world of high-temperature insulation technology. In his speech given to the Thermamax team, representatives from different local businesses and the city development department “Invest Aurora”, Richard stated that he appreciated Thermamax’s 10 years of loyalty to the city of Aurora and the impressive growth the company has managed in that time.

“Our operations in the US and in particular the location in the Midwest is a long-term strategic investment for the Thermamax Group.”, says Dirk Balthasar, President of Thermamax, Inc. “Further localization of products and the close proximity to our North American customers is key for our success and will drive the future growth.”

The next 10 years have just begun!
