Tmax-Integral S: Insulation shells for self-assembly

Tmax-Integral S: Insulation shells for self-assembly

When the most important trade exhibition for Agricultural Equipment worldwide takes place from the 12th-16th November 2013, Thermamax, the solutions provider to many agricultural machinery manufacturers, just has to be there. Steffen Cronauer, Head of Sales & Marketing comments: „We intend to show numerous proven designs specially developed for this market.“
Every market sector has it’s own particular requirements, and in Agriculture that’s fire and personnel protection together with emissions compliance (Tier 3B/4 final). At the Agritechnica show the Mannheim-based, self-styled „Temperature-Designers“, will be presenting some innovative insulation solutions that combine these requirements into one system. By application of tailor-made solutions to customer requirements, Thermamax technologies such as Tmax-Insulation Cladding,  Tmax –Integral Insulation and Tmax-SKELTEC, the leading agricultural machinery manufacturers can achieve some real benefits in the engine and exhaust line areas including:

  • Significant reduction of fire risks
  • Improved maintainability
  • Reduced fuel consumption
  • Simplified standards compliance.

Result: Highly robust and easily-maintained insulation systems have quickly become a standard fit in many large agricultural vehicles. Now Thermamax is planning the next step.

New: An Option for Supply-Chain-Optimization

With the new Service-Package Tmax-Integral S, customers  can fit the jointly developed insulation parts onto the basic component themselves, rather than shipping them to Thermamax for installation. Steffen Cronauer again: „ Our customers can get a complete, tailor-made, self-assembly package from us enabling them to smoothly integrate the insulation required into their existing production process. Where there are long distances involved this solution can mean huge benefits for the customer: production cycles, logistics costs, and working capital involved can all be immediately reduced – and there’s the added benefit of less CO2.“
