Quality: Supporting the Quality Team and the external consultant preparing the IATF certification, creating process charts, quality guidelines and PPAP documentation.
Production: Supporting the Production Team in Shop floor Management, optimization projects and time studies


Role / Responsibilities:

  • High quality professional day-to-day execution of engagements and special projects
  • Perform analytical reviews and conduct research as needed
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Support Production and Quality departments

Requirements:

  • Production / Industrial Engineering Degree Program is an advantage
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures
  • Solid computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be motivated, organized, and possess good communication skills
  • Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate

Role / Responsibilities:

  • • Works with instructions, blueprints, engineering drawings, BOM and other specifications.
  • • Performs first article, receiving, in-process, and final inspection and maintains all related documentation as per ISO/IATF
  • Create, update and submit PPAP documentation and support in all PPAP related tasks.
  • Helps train new employees in proper assembly techniques and methods.
  • Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
  • Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
  • Perform data entry and information retrieval using Microsoft Office and other software.
  • Support other Quality Department functions as needed
  • Planning and management of the QM-specific tasks and measures
  • Drawing up or updating the documentation of internal processes considering the relevant standards and regulations.
  • Support in planning, implementation and the follow-through of regular internal audits
  • Planning and control of activities and processes required to maintain the existing quality management systems
  • Perform and report monthly quality evaluations
  • Monitoring and support (escalation) of the current APQP projects
  • Define and control of immediate and corrective actions, test the effectiveness of the measures

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related area of speciality
  • Ideally 2 to 5 years’ experience in quality field/ manufacturing
  • ISO Standards, IATF16949, PPAP, APQP, Series production
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies
  • Leadership qualities
  • Ability to effectively read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Accurate use of metrology instruments
  • Perform tasks with limited or no supervision
  • Maintains accuracy and attention to detail always and completes tasks in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of dimensional, visual and mechanical inspection processes

  • Ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision while meeting all product quality requirements.
  • Basic math skills i.e. algebra, geometry and trigonometry required
  • Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
